	A method of production of raw materials for their further use for the foamed polyurethane production includes processing of wastes of polyethyleneterephthalate, foamed polyurethane and vegetable oils, along with their delivery by transportation means.
	The wastes of polyethyleneterephthalate, foamed polyurethane and vegetable oils are sequentially sorted, washed, dried and crushed.
Спосіб одержання сировини для виробництва пінополіуретанів, що включає доставку транспортними засобами відходів поліетилентерефталату, пінополіуретану та відходів рослинних олій для переробки, відходи поліетилентерефталату, пінополіуретану, рослинних олій послідовно сортують, миють, сушать, подрібнюють, піддають згадані здрібнені відходи хімічному процесу гліколізу в присутності гліколів при заданій технологічним процесом температурі і тиску, одержують у результаті зазначеної технологічної операції продукт у вигляді поліолів з різною молекулярною вагою для наступного виробництва пінополіуретанів,) при цьому після одержання готового продукту роблять аналіз фізикохімічних властивостей отриманих поліолів, який відрізняється тим, що після сортування відходи поліетилентерефталату, пінополіуретану та рослинних олій складують; після миття зазначених відходів проводять техно логічні операції щодо подачі та рециркуляції мийної рідини, процес гліколізу проводять також і впродовж часу, що задається технологічним режимом гліколізу, подають одержаний у результаті хімічного процесу гліколізу продукт у вигляді поліолів з різною молекулярною вагою для зберігання у ємкості, контролюють виконання зазначених технологічних операцій, вибірково подають з зазначених ємкостей для зберігання згадані поліоли з різною молекулярною вагою, у залежності від рецептури, до реактора змішування, додатково подають до зазначеного реактора змішування базовий поліол та підготовлені і дозовані фарбники, виконують змішування отриманих поліолів з відповідними технологічному процесу добавками у зазначеному реакторі, контролюють виконання зазначених технологічних операцій, одержують при змішуванні поліолів з добавками продукт у вигляді поліольного компонента для наступного виробництва пінополіуретанів, при цьому після аналізу фізикохімічних властивостей отриманого продукту у вигляді поліольного компонента здійснюють перекачування згаданого продукту у вигляді поліольного компонента з реактора змішування в ємкості для зберігання і транспортування.	After their crushing, the above-mentioned wastes are exposed to a chemical process of glycolysis, with the temperature and pressure conditions of glycols used adequate to those preset for the process.
	As this takes place, an analysis of physicochemical properties of the produced polyols is made after the finished products have been obtained.
	This analysis is distinguished by the fact that after the sorting has taken place the wastes of polyethyleneterephthalate, foamed polyurethane and vegetable oils are stored.
	After the above-mentioned wastes have been washed, some process operations related to supply and recirculation of the washing liquid are carried out.
	A time length of the glycolysis process is dictated by the glycolysis production conditions.
	The product produced in the form of polyols of different molecular masses as the result of the glycolysis process is delivered to be kept in a tank.
	Observance and proper execution of the mentioned process operations is monitored.
	The above-mentioned polyols of different molecular masses are selectively delivered from the above-mentioned storage tanks.
	Depending on the formulation, a basic polyol and prepared and weighed colouring agents are added into the mixing reactor.
	The polyols produced are mixed in the above-mentioned reactor with the appropriate additives, as per the production process requirements.
	Execution of these production operations is monitored.
	When mixing the polyols with the additives, a product in the form of a polyol component is produced for its further use in production of foamed polyurethanes.
	As this takes place, the product is pumped over from the mixing reactor into the tanks for storage and transportation.
