As a result, tax planners often attempt to maximize capital gains while minimizing capital losses (i.e. reworking them into ordinary losses).	و نتيجة لذلك فان مخططى الضرائب غالبا ما يحاولون لمضاعفة ارباح اصول راس المال و فى الوقت ذاته يعماون على تقليل خسائر رؤوس الاموال ( اى ويحولهم الى خسائر عادية
In the context of capital gains and losses, the word "capital" has a different meaning than it has in other areas of law.	وفى سياق خسائر وارباح رؤوس الاموال فان كلمة راس المال لها معنى مختلف عن معناها فى مناطق قانونية اخرى
Capital assets are not necessarily those that are "capitalized" by businesses, for instance.	و ليس بالضرورة تكون اصول رؤوس الاموال هى تلك التى تحول الى رؤوس اموال بواسطة الاعمال التجارية
