Search Terms, nothing Found, SDL Trados 2017 -2019

Hello dear/sir

I subscribed to TM-Town and uploaded a Glossary (xslx) and Translation Memory(TMX)

But

1- I searched for term, But no results, how to fix this issue

2- How to share my Termbases and Translation Memories (search permission)

3- also, I need a plugin to Trados 2017 - 2019.

To share a document is easy. First click on the document you would like to share from the Your Work area. Once on the page of the document you would like to share, navigate to the "Document Management" tab. At the top of the "Document Management" tab you will see the Share Settings area. Search for the TM-Town username of the translator you would like to share the document with. When you select a translator you will see his/her TM-Town profile image appear. Then click "Share", it's that easy.

To resolve your issues: 1) Ensure your glossary and TM are properly formatted and indexed; try re-uploading if necessary. 2) Adjust your sharing settings under 'Privacy & Sharing' to allow term search access. 3) For Trados, check TM-Town's support page for Monkey Mart Game available plugins or compatibility guidance for 2017–2019 versions.
