To address this issue, you might want to double-check the file format of your TM and ensure that it is compatible with the translation tool you are using. Sometimes, the source and target language information may not be automatically detected, so you may need to manually specify these details within the TM itself or within the translation software. Additionally, consider reviewing the settings or preferences in your translation tool to see if there are any options related to language detection or alignment that could help resolve this issue. I've encountered this before and Incredibox has a little tip for you! You need to make sure that when creating a new project in TM, you have selected the correct input and output languages. If you don't, the system won't recognize it correctly. Some TM software has an option to automatically detect the language, but it's not always accurate. If the problem persists, you can try deleting and re-uploading the TM from scratch, and always check before uploading! |

If everything looks good there, it might help to re-upload the TM after ensuring that the file format is compatible and correctly structured. If you’re using a specific software, consult its documentation or support forums for any known issues related to language recognition. Additionally, consider reaching out to customer support for your TM tool; they can often provide insights or solutions tailored to your situation. Don't hesitate to keep experimenting; sometimes, a little tweak can make all the difference. Good luck, and I hope you get it sorted soon! Madam Medez |
