What is “governance”?	Що таке "урядування"?
The term governance often gives rise to confusion because it is (erroneously) assumed that it must refer solely to acts or duties of the government.	Термін "урядування" часто породжує плутанину, оскільки (помилково) вважається, що він має стосуватися виключно дій та обов'язків уряду.
