The Lord of the Flies contains many examples of symbolism which Golding has incorporated to show a deeper level to the main, mostly straightforward, storyline that reveals his thoughts on the nature of humanity and evil.	سالار مگس ها پر از نمونه های نمادگرایی است که گُلدینگ با به کار گیری آن ها سعی در نمایش هر چه عمیق تر و صادقانه ترِ خط داستانی اش داشته که بدین صورت تفکر وی پیرامونِ چیستی انسان در برابر شیطان آشکار می گردد

The imaginary beast that frightens all the boys stands for the primal instinct of savagery that exists within all human beings.	هیولای تخیلی ای که همه پسرها را می ترساند نماد قریضه آغازینِ وحشی گری ای است که در ذات بشر نهفته است
The boys are afraid of the beast, but only Simon reaches the realization that they fear the beast because it exists within each of them.	پسرها از هیولا می ترسند، ولی فقط سایمون است که متوجه می شود دلیل ترس شان از هیولا وجود چنین هیولایی در تک تک خود آن هاست
As the boys grow more savage, their belief in the beast grows stronger.	با وحشی تر شدن خوی پسرها، رفته رفته ایمان شان به هیولا هم بیشتر می شود
By the end of the novel, the boys are leaving it sacrifices and treating it as a totemic god.	تا آخرین برگ رمان، پسرها با هیولا مثل یک خدا توِتِمی برخورد می کنند و در راهش از هیچ فداکاری ای فروگذار نمی کنند
The boys’ behavior is what brings the beast into existence, so the more savagely the boys act, the more real the beast seems to become.	رفتار خود پسرهاست که هیولا را به وجود می آورد، به همین خاطر هم هست که هر چه وحشی گری بیشتری ازشان سر می زند، هیولائه هم واقعی تر می شود

Golding describes the savages' behavior as animal like; the savages dropped their spears (man's tool) and "screamed, struck, bit, tore.
