- Cut a full chicken into medium size pieces of about 5 to 7 cm each and slice them at edges with a knife.	ఒక్క పూర్తి చికెన్‌ను 5 నుండి 7 సెంటీమీటర్ల మీడియం సైజు ముక్కలుగా కట్ చేసి, వాటిని కత్తితో అంచుల వద్ద స్లైస్ చెయ్యండి.
- Make a solution of 150ml Yoghurt, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1~2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp red pepper powder, 4 to 6 cloves of cut garlic, 10 to 20 coriander leaves, half tsp black pepper powder ground.	150ml పెరుగు, 1 tsp ఉప్పు, 1 tsp కారం పొడి, 1 tsp గరం మసాలా పొడి, 1 tsp ఎర్ర మిరియాల పొడి, 4 నుండి 6 కట్ చేసిన వెల్లుల్లి రెబ్బలు, 10 నుండి 20 కొత్తిమీర ఆకులు, సగం tsp దంచిన నల్ల మిరియాలు పొడులను కలిపి ఒక్క మిశ్రమంని చెయ్యండి.
Don't add water to it.	దీనిలో నీరు కలపవద్దు.
- Soak chicken pieces in the above solution and let that marinade for about 8 hours.	చికెన్ ముక్కలను పైన చెప్పిన మిశ్రమంలో సుమారు 8 గంటల పాటు నానపెట్టాలి.
Store the above in a fridge overnight.	దీనిని ఫ్రిడ్జిలో రాత్రంతా ఉండనివ్వాలి.
- When you start cooking, cut 2 onions into large rings and fry them in olive or sunflower oil over low heat.	వంట మొదలు పెట్టేటప్పుడు, రెండు ఉల్లిగడ్డలను పెద్ద రింగ్స్ ల కట్ చేసి వాటిని ఆలివ్ లేదా సన్ఫ్లవర్ ఆయిల్ లో తక్కువ మంట మీద వేయించాలి.
- Add 1 tsp garam masala, red chilli powder, two or three green chillis and fry them in 3 or 4 table spoons of oil until onions are light yellow in color.	1 టీస్పూన్ గరం మసాలా, కారం పొడి, రెండు లేదా మూడు పచ్చిమిర్చిలు, 3 లేదా 4 టేబుల్ చెమ్చాల నూనెలో వేసి, ఉల్లిపాయలు లేత పసుపు రంగు వచ్చేన్త వరకు వేయించాలి.
Add two or three cashew nuts which are grounded.	2 లేదా 3 రుబ్బిన జీడిపప్పులు వెయ్యండి.
Add one finely chopped tomato if desired.	కావాలంటే సన్నగా కట్ చేసిన ఒక్క తమాట వెయ్యండి.
- Add chicken pieces to the above oil and fry them for about 5 minutes while stirring them.	పైనా చెప్పిన నూనెలో చికెన్ ముక్కలు వేసి 5 నిమిషాల వరకు కదుపుతూ వేయించాలి.
After this, Add the solution prepared above and add water until all chicken pieces are completely immersed in water.	తర్వత, పైనా ఇంతక ముందు చేసిన మిశ్రమంని ధీనిలో వేసి, చికెన్ ముక్కలు మునిగెంత వరకు నీరు పోయాలి.
You would need a large cooking pot which is vertical for better results.	మంచి ఫలితం కోసం నిలువుగా ఉండే వంట పాత్ర మీకు అవసరం.
- Heat the above under low to medium heat for about 30 to 45 minutes or slightly more.	పైనా వాటిని తక్కువ నుండి మధ్యమ మంట మీద 30 నుండి 45 నిమిషాలు లేదా ఎక్కువ సమయం వరకు వేడి చెయ్యండి.
Add 100ml coconut milk if desired.	కావాలంటే 100ml కొబ్బరి పాలు వేసుకోవచ్చు.
- Wait for a few minutes until the chicken pieces are tender and have absorbed the solution.	చికెన్ ముక్కలు బాగా ఊడికి మిశ్రమంని మొత్తం పిల్చుకునేంత వరకు కొన్ని నిమిషాలు ఆగండి.
- When serving, use a small onion and sprinkle some juice over chicken.	వద్దించేటప్పుడు ఒక చిన్న ఉల్లిగడ్డ వాడండి మరియూ చికెన్ మీద కొంచెం రసాన్ని పిండండి.
This recipe works well with long grain Basmati rice.	ఈ వంటకం పొడవాటి బాస్మతి అన్నం తో బాగా కుదురుతోంది.
- Serve with rice.	అన్నం తో వడ్డించండి.
