"Intent" refers to the mental state of the individual consisting of the desire or purpose to achieve a particular consequence, or where the consequences the person sees as certain, "substantially", or "practically" certain.	يشير مصطلح "النية" إلى الحالة العقلية للفرد والتي تتكون من الرغبة أو الغرض وراء تحقيق نتيجة معينة ، أو حيث تكون العواقب التي يراها الشخص مؤكدة بشكل فعلي أو عملي.
Intent is often proven by way of inference.	غالبًا ما يتم إثبات النية عن طريق الاستدلال.
Inferences are factual findings based on common sense.	والاستدلالات هي نتائج واقعية تستند إلى الفطرة السليمة.

فالفن هو موهبة وإبداع وهبها الخالق لكل إنسان لكن بدرجات تختلف بين الفرد والآخر.	Art is a talent and creativity endowed by the Creator to every human being, but in degrees that differ from one individual to the other.
