1. Valore della produzione	1. Production value
Per quanto riguarda il valore della produzione, si evidenzia un scostamento negativo pari a 60.4 mln di kc (-32.7% rispetto al dato di budget con trend in ulteriore ribasso rispetto al report precedente).	Regarding production value we recorded negative growth in the amount of CZK 60.4 million (–32.7% in comparison with the tendency for a major decrease in relation to the figures contained in the previous report).
Anche l’andamento del fatturato risulta inferiore alle aspettative; lo scostamento ammonta in questo caso a 64.2 mln di kc per un delta percentuale pari al -33.2% (anche in questo caso il trend è in ribasso).	Even the growth of invoiced turnover is lower than expected; in this case CZK 64.2 million or –33.2% (also showing a tendency to decrease).
Come già detto in sede dei precedenti commenti, una parte importante del fatturato (ca. il 90%) è espressa in euro e la stessa è stata valutata nel budget al cambio standard di 26.50 corone per euro mentre il cambio alla fine del mese di ottobre risultava pari a 24.23 corone per euro ciò determinando una riduzione di valore del fatturato riconducibile a niente altro che ai movimenti intervalutari. Si evidenzia che il quantitativo dei materiali consumati è stato inferiore al budget (per i minori volumi di produzione sviluppati), ma l’andamento dei prezzi di approvvigionamento si è rivelato in trend decisamente rialzista (il prezzo medio di budget era stato infatti fissato a € 1.360/ton mentre quello a consuntivo sta risultando pari a ca. 1.440/ton per un incremento percentuale del 5.9%). Continua comunque ad essere verosimile l’aspettativa di un ulteriore calo dei prezzi di approvvigionamento nell’ultimo bimestre 2008 che dovrebbe portare il peso degli acquisti definitivamente al disotto del livello budgetario. Il dato relativo alle spese generali risulta inferiore al budget (-11.3% pari a 3 mln di corone di minori costi in valore assoluto con trend in ulteriore miglioramento rispetto al precedente report) mentre il costo del lavoro è risultato superiore alle previsioni (+3.4% pari a 366 mila kc di maggior valore assoluto); ciò in quanto si è deciso di ‘trasferire’ a presidio del neo-costituto reparto di tampografia, le assunzioni temporanee che erano state a suo tempo effettuate per fronteggiare i picchi di produzione coincidenti col periodo estivo.	General expenses were lower in relation to the budget (–9.5% or CZK 2.1 million lower in relation to the total value, showing a tendency for optimization compared to June’s report) while labor costs were higher than expected (+4.0% or CZK 356,000 more in relation to the total value) as a result of “moving” the tampography division to a newly established location, as well as providing wages for temporary personnel hired as a preventive measure for ensuring production during the summer period, when demand for our products increases.
A causa del rallentamento del valore della produzione realizzata, il margine operativo lordo percentuale risulta inferiore al dato di budget; l’indice risulta infatti pari al 5.8% contro il 12.5% atteso; dal punto di vista assoluto il dato evidenzia invece un arretramento pari a ca. 16 mln di corone.	As a result of the slowdown in achieving production value, the gross operating margin indicator was lower in the budget; 5.8% in comparison to the forecasted 12.5% (a lagging tendency in relation to the latest information); from an absolute viewpoint, this figure shows a lag corresponding to CZK 16 million.
Il dato relativo agli ammortamenti risulta inferiore di 204 mila kc rispetto al dato preventivato (pari al -1.6%).	The figure for amortization is CZK 204,000 lower in comparison with the planned figure (–1.6% lower).
3. Utile operativo e gestioni concorrenti	3. Operating profit and managing competition
La redditività operativa (EBIT) si attesta intorno ad un valore pari al -4.3% contro il 5.6% riportato dal budget in funzione degli stessi episodi che hanno influenzato l’andamento del MOL (EBITDA).	Operating profitability (EBIT) is running close to –4.3% in relation to the 5.6% given in the budget, in relation to the same situation which affected the course of MOL (EBITDA).
Si ribadisce che i costi fissi operativi risultano sotto controllo fatta eccezione, per i motivi già spiegati, per il costo del lavoro; i costi operativi variabili sono invece risultati inferiori perlopiù per il minore volume di produzione sviluppato (inferiore rispetto alle attese di oltre il 30% come già evidenziato).	Fixed operating costs are under control with the exception of production costs – variable operating costs were shown to be lower as a result of a lower volume of production (lower by 30% we could see).
Per quanto riguarda le gestioni concorrenti si deve rilevare l’andamento in linea sostanziale della gestione finanziaria, sfavorevole di 440 mila kc rispetto al preventivato, mentre le gestioni accessoria e straordinaria risultano praticamente nulle.	As for managing competition, it is necessary to point out the positive course of managing financing, with a lower final amount of 440,000 in relation to planned costs, while additional and exceptional costs are practically zero.
4. Dati economici mensili – confronto con l’esercizio precedente	4. Monthly financial costs – in comparison with the previous report
Il conto economico di ottobre evidenzia un ritardo del 64.0% del valore della produzione (-10.9 mln di kc) e del 39.7% del fatturato (-2.5 mln di kc).	The financial costs for August show a lag in production value by 64.0% (CZK –10..9 million) and by 39.7% of turnover (CZK – 2.5 million).
I costi dell’area operativa sono risultati nel complesso inferiori del 55.2% (-9.1 mln di kc) a causa perlopiù dei minori acquisti di materiali diretti effettuati.	Operating costs showed a comprehensive decrease of 55.2% (CZK –9.1 million) as a result of lower direct purchasing of material.
Tra le componenti economiche delle gestioni extra caratteristiche, la sezione finanziaria evidenzia uno scostamento positivo pari a 385 mila kc (per un delta percentuale pari al +46.9%)	The financial division showed negative growth in its portfolio of special attributes in the amount of CZK 385,000 (or +46.9%)
Il reddito ante imposte chiude con uno scostamento negativo pari a 1.38 mln di kc (pari al –522.4%).	There is nothing left to do at the moment other than verify what will occur in the final quarter when it will be difficult to make up the shortcomings that persist to this day despite the continuing drop in supply costs.
Il confronto con i dati dello scorso esercizio evidenzia invece un certo anticipo a favore del consuntivo attuale in alcuni contesti ed un ritardo in altri; si è infatti registrato un maggior valore della produzione di ca. 7.8 mln di kc (+6.7%) ma lo sfavorevole andamento del costo medio di approvvigionamento (lo scorso anno i materiali diretti pesavano un 63.3% del v.d.p. contro il 67.3% di questo esercizio) non consente che ciò si traduca in un risultato economico netto altrettanto positivo come quello verificatosi dodici mesi addietro (il netto progressivo scende dai 99 mila kc dell’ottobre 2007 alla perdita pari a 14.2 mln di kc attuale per un delta sfavorevole di ca. 14.3 mln di kc).	In comparison with the figures from the previous report, a certain increase can be seen in several connections relating to the current annual balance and in other connections resulting from the lag time; in fact, production value was higher by approximately CZK 7.8 million (+6.7%) but an undesirable trend in the average price of supplies (last year direct material represented v.d.p. 63.3% compared to the 67.3% value stemming from this report) prevented these indicators from showing up in the net financial results, which are positive, the same as for the results which were achieved 12 months ago (the progressive net value has been dropping from CZK 99 thousand since October 2007 with a current loss of CZK 14.2 million for the delta value, equaling an unfavorable CZK 14.3 million).

Per quanto riguarda l’attività di investimento si sono concretizzate acquisizioni tra le varie classi per complessivi 3.3 mln ca. netti contro i 5.6 mln di kc del budget; anche se le risultanze numeriche non sono quelle delle previsioni (delta = 1.1 mln di corone ca. di minore spesa), gli scostamenti evidenziati non sottintendono una rielaborazione del programma.	Concerning investment activity, individual brackets show purchases in the amount of CZK 3.3 million in relation to the budgeted amount of CZK 5.6 million; even the numerical results are at variance with projections (delta = CZK 1.1 milion lower costs) and this deviation will not result in demand for processing the program anew.
Si ricorda infatti che una pressa del valore di circa 3.4 mln di kc, acquistata in marzo, è stata poi venduta ad una società di leasing nel mese seguente; motivo per il quale si conferma il commento del capoverso precedente (non rilevando cioè la scelta dello strumento finanziario di sostegno – autofinanziamento piuttosto che fonte esterna - quando il valore degli asset, indipendentemente da ciò, effettivamente inseriti ex novo nel ciclo produttivo). Il dato di indebitamento finale evidenzia così un importo pari a 174.5 mln di kc contro i 137.2 mln di kc del budget per un delta negativo pari a 37.3 mln di kc (si veda a questo proposito anche il diverso dato di indebitamento iniziale che ovviamente gioca un ruolo specifico nella formazione del dato finale).	Total debts represent CZK 174.5 million as opposed to the CZK 137.2 million in the budget, with a negative delta value in the amount of CZK 37.3 million (in view of this fact, it is necessary to take into account a different figure regarding the initial debt which, naturally, plays a specific role in the resulting information).
Si segnala che si è conclusa positivamente la rinegoziazione del mutuo ipotecario in essere la cui scadenza (prevista per il 2012 per la prima tranche e per il 2014 per la seconda) è stata portata a 20 anni dall’erogazione originale (quindi a tutto il 2025) con ovvi risparmi sugli esborsi periodici.	The transfer of the existing mortgage was successfully concluded (the first part of which has to be paid in 2012 and the second part in 2014), which was set for 20 years after the original plan (final payment due in 2025) and provides savings on regular fees.
Limitatamente al dato mensile si evidenzia la produzione di un deficit pari a ca. 5.2 mln di kc dovuto perlopiù ai minori incassi operativi realizzati.	Comparing the figures given in the preceding report represent a certain recuperation of the situation regarding total indebtedness, which at present is lower by approximately CZK 16.1.
Il confronto con i dati dello scorso esercizio allo stesso periodo, evidenziano un recupero della situazione di indebitamento complessivo che, attualmente, risulta inferiore di ca. 16.1 mln di kc.	million;

Il dato delle quantità vendute evidenzia un a diminuzione rispetto al budget (372.180.000 pezzi in meno rispetto al preventivato per un delta percentuale pari al -30.7% con trend in ribasso); ciò corrispondendo, come peraltro già evidenziato, ad un minor fatturato per un importo pari a 64.2 mln di kc.	The figure for sales volume shows a decreasing tendency in relation to the budget (372,180,000 less items in relation to the forecasted volume, which in percentage terms represents a delta value of –30.7% with a growing negative tendency); this figure, as already noted, corresponds to lower turnover, in the amount of CZK 64.2 million, or –32.7% (the average value of pricing is lower in comparison with the value of the budget).
Da notare che, fino a questo punto, si accumula un deficit di oltre 37 mln di caps.	It should be noted that from the viewpoint of the monthly figures, there is an accumulated deficit of roughly 37 million caps (in October this deficit equaled more than 35 million caps).
Rispetto allo scorso esercizio invece i pezzi venduti risultano essere inferiori per circa 26.9 mln di unità (-3.1%); l’aggiornamento del listino ha però consentito la crescita assoluta del fatturato.
