La finance d'entreprise ou gestion financière, est le champ de la finance relatif aux décisions financières des entreprises.	Corporate finance or financial management is the area of finance concerned with the financial decision-making process of a company.
Son objet essentiel est l’analyse et la « maximisation de la valeur de la firme pour ses actionnaires envisagée sur une longue période ».	Its chief aim is to analyse and "maximise the firm's value for its shareholders over a long period".
