This approach considers the process of education as an automatic training which is based mainly on action and reaction. |
| حيث يعتقد متبعو هذا المسلك أن السلوك لا يتغير عن طريق تفاعلات داخلية أي تحدث داخل الإنسان بل تحدث كإجابة على تغير العوامل الخارجية أي المحيط أي ردة فعل المحيط أو الخارج على سلوك المتعلم. |
According to the supporters of this theory, human behaviour is not shaped by the internal factors i.e.what occurs within humans,
but it is learnt and shaped by the environment or external factors. |

if a response to a certain behaviour is positive, this behaviour will be reinforced, |
